About Eat-Hola Tapas Bar

Eat-Hola Tapas Bar sits inside the design-led W Verbier, at the foot of the Médran lift on Place Blanche, and is the resort's only tapas bar. Its menu is created and signed off by Sergi Arola, the Madrid-born, Michelin-starred chef who trained under Ferran Adrià and Pierre Gagnaire, and the restaurant is listed in the MICHELIN Guide.

It brings a jolt of Spain to the Swiss Alps and to Verbier, a lively contrast to the fine dining of La Table d'Adrien and the mountain classics at Le Mouton Noir.

The Kitchen

The format is front-row dining: guests sit at the bar and watch the team plate Arola's modern Spanish tapas, from his trademark patatas bravas to hand-carved Iberico ham, croquetas and seasonal small plates, all built for sharing and paired with Spanish wines.

For another W Verbier room with a broader menu, the all-day W Kitchen is just downstairs.

The Room

The bar is intimate and high-energy, styled with bold Spanish colour against the slope-side setting, with seating wrapped around the open kitchen so the cooking is part of the show. It is sociable and fun rather than hushed, and works best when you graze and share.

Best for a first date

The shared small plates and open-bar buzz make Eat-Hola an easy first date in Verbier, while the lively, sociable setting also works well to impress clients over après-ski.

Not for

Not for a quiet, formal dinner — Eat-Hola is a high-energy open-bar tapas counter built for sharing and socialising, not an intimate sit-down meal.
