TOSCA DI ANGELO operates on the 102nd floor of the International Commerce Centre — the tallest building in Hong Kong — and serves contemporary Italian cuisine from a position where Victoria Harbour, Hong Kong Island, the Kowloon Peninsula, and on clear days the Pearl River Delta are all visible simultaneously. Chef Angelo Aglianò, who trained in Sicily and brought his Sicilian culinary heritage to Hong Kong, has built a tasting menu programme that is serious enough to hold two Michelin stars and which would justify a table at any altitude.

The menu reflects Aglianò's Sicilian origins: pasta preparations that use durum wheat flour in the forms of the island's tradition, seafood sourced from both the Mediterranean and Hong Kong's local waters, and a relationship with olive oil, capers, bottarga, and the preserved citrus preparations of Sicily that gives the food a character unavailable in other Hong Kong Italian kitchens. The risotto preparation changes with the season and is consistently among the most technically accomplished in the city. The dessert programme, built around Sicilian pastry traditions, extends the island's culinary heritage to its natural conclusion.
